Do you deliver throughout the city of Zurich?
Yes, we deliver to the entire city of Zurich, as well as to Winterthur and selected areas in the surrounding region. Please take a quick look at our postcode overview . If your postcode isn't listed, you can contact us anytime and we'll work together to find a solution.
How do I choose my delivery date?
You can select your delivery date at checkout (when entering your address). We will confirm the date immediately after you place your order.
Why do you only deliver on certain days?
We are a small team and strive to plan our routes as efficiently and sustainably as possible. Furthermore, the trees are only cut shortly before their delivery day to ensure they remain fresh and avoid the need for intermediate storage. This guarantees you maximum quality – and reduces unnecessary journeys.
Will you bring the tree right into my apartment?
Of course. We deliver right to your door and beyond upon request, whether it's the ground floor or the top floor.
Can I have my tree set up for me?
Yes. We can also set it up directly at your home upon request – free of charge.
What happens if I have my own stand?
You can use your own stand as long as it is stable and suitable.
However, we recommend our Aqua Fix tree stand , as the tree does not need to be trimmed or peeled in it and therefore absorbs water much better – ideal for maximum freshness and longevity.
How does the payment work?
You have the choice: payment upon delivery (cash or TWINT) or directly online by credit card during the ordering process. Online payment is particularly convenient if you won't be home on the delivery day. No prepayment required, no hidden fees.
What do I do if I am unexpectedly unavailable on the delivery day?
Write to us briefly or give us a call – we'll certainly find a new date.
